To the Human Resources Director: It has been my pleasure to work with Bjorn Behrendt the past 3 years. He has been a real asset to Addison Rutland Supervisory Union. Bjorn exhibits a good balance of technical, organizational and people skills. Bjorn and I have worked on numerous large and small projects and he is an excellent team member. He can be depended upon to handle any task he takes on, thoroughly and on time. He has accomplished much during his tenure. I've been very impressed with his ability to wear numerous hats effectively. Bjorn has a great rapport with his colleagues. He is respectful, even and uses his sense of humor to good effect. The students seem to genuinely enjoy working with him. I have seen a real increase in their comfort level and abilities with technology as a result. Overall, Bjorn is a great person to work with. In the technical realm, Bjorn is cool-headed and logical. He draws upon his training and experience to tackle the familiar and the new. All networks and environment can present some new challenges. Bjorn has handles these challenges with aplomb. I feel comfortable recommending Bjorn for any position, which requires technical, organizational and "soft" skills.
